During my recent stay at Chalés Marigu in Monte Verde, I found the location to be strategically positioned just 100 meters from the vibrant restaurant area, ensuring easy access to local flavors. The walk back, especially after a long day of exploration, proved a bit challenging due to steep climbs and limited lighting on the pathways. Mr José, the attentive host, made our experience even more memorable, providing a welcoming atmosphere that echoed the warmth of the local culture. The chalets themselves, adorned with a charming touch of color and wooden fittings, offered delightful garden views and essential comforts such as a fireplace and a cozy bed, perfect for those chilly Monte Verde nights. The varied buffet breakfast, served just a short stroll away, provided a perfect start to our days, fueling our adventures in this beautiful region. Chalés Marigu strikes a lovely balance between comfort and access, catering well to those of us who treasure both nature and the small joys of life.
